Owned by T&C Publications, www.fcf-online.com is a service that enables you to gather, analyse and track feedback from employees and/or customers. This is not software – you only need access to the web site. You can use this service to create, issue, track and report on Treating Customers Fairly. You can also track trends in TCF performance too. You can access our statements, (derived from FSA cluster reports) use your own statements or use a mixture. These statements will help measure and evidence the qualitative aspects of TCF. The FSA requires management information to be in place by 31 March 2008. You can use your own logo and rating scales to give your questionnaires your own corporate look. Although designed to work completely electronically you can print and distribute questionnaires manually if needed. We offer both a pay as you go method and unlimited licence for 12 months. The unlimited licence for 12 months costs £250+VAT. This allows you to nominate as many users in your company as you wish and generate as many reports as you need. We also provide a free 2-hour telecoaching session to get you started.
